Food delivery giant Zomato has partnered with RBL bank to launch Edition Credit Cards. The Co-branded card is powered by Master Card, and centered around food experience and will offer multiple benefits to the cardholder. This credit card could be used in Zomato online and as well as offline.
To recall you, e-commerce giants like Amazon and Flipkart has also introduced their Co-Branded credit cars to its customers. Like Flipkart is partnered with Axis bank to give additional benefits and cashback offers, for every transaction. The list of Co-Branded credit card includes Paytm, Practo, Ola some other companies also.
The company said, the Zomato credit card will give you benefit with every use, Zomato Gold global membership, and lounge access to all major domestic airports.
On this Zomato’s VP- Product, Pradyot Ghate said
We have always strived to build unique food experiences and the Edition Cards have been specially made for those who are always exploring food across the globe.
Ghate also mentioned that the card will rewards cardholders with every transaction, including payment made at the restaurant.
Zomato Credit Card and its benefits
The Zomato Credit Card has two variants, Edition and Edition Classic.
In the Edition card, users get 10% cashback to their Zomato wallet. The card also offers a global Zomato Glod membership, which will be automatically renewed annually, if the card is active. Additionally, users will get 2% Edition cash for all online transactions, 1% on offline purchases and 2000 Edition cash when spending over INR 5 Lakh. According to Zomato 1 Edition cash is equal to INR 1.
On the other hand Edition Classic card, does not come with a global Zomato Gold membership. However, users can get 5% cashback in the Zomato wallet for every online transaction. 1% on the offline transaction and 2000 bonus classic cash for spending over 2 Lakh.

The partnership will help RBL Bank to strengthen the scale of operation in its credit card business. The Head Products of RBL Bank, Utkarsh Saxena said
