The Chinese electronics giant “Xiaomi” is trying to capture the market in every single category. Recently, the company has launched a brand new Mi-branded product in India.
The latest product from the company to land in the Indian market is a Mi Portable wireless mouse. The mouse has a price tag of Rs 649, but you can get it for Rs 500 after a 20 percent discount.
The Mi Portable wireless mouse is the same that launched in China back in June 2018. The Mouse looks minimal and comes in two simple color options black and white. It has an ergonomic design that is comfortable and ultralightweight.
The Mouse is lightweight and design to fit perfectly in the palm. The easy curves and slides present on the mouse offer an impressive in-hand feel. It has dimensions of 102 x 58 x 34mm and weighs 56 grams.

Talking about the specifications, the wireless mouse has an optical sensitivity of 1200 DPI which will help you to get a smooth cursor control. It comes with two buttons along with a scroll wheel. The two-way scroll wheel is also clickable. The company has used ABS plastic to craft a lightweight device. In addition, the device also comes with a comfortable infused design.
Further, the portable Mouse has a tiny 2.4GHz wireless receiver that can be stored in a groove inside the mouse. The device is powered by 1 x AA battery and offers 12 months of battery life. So, you don’t have to deal with the hassle of frequent battery changes. Which means you don’t have to charge the mouse frequently. To give it a start it has a physical on/off button.
The mouse has a symmetrical design so it could be used by both left-handed and right-handed persons. In the box of Mi Portable Wireless Mouse, buyers will get the Mouse, user manual and one USB receiver. Do note that you’ll not get AA batteries in the package. Xiaomi has a plethora of mouse and keyboards in every price range. However, they are only available in the Chinese market. The company is planning to bring a number of Mi-branded devices in India soon. These products will not be limited to smartphones. Instead, the company devices across multiple categories.
