Xiaomi 12 Pro goes on sale from today, i.e.; from 2nd May 2022 in India officially launched recently in the country. The Chinese brand has launched this flagship smartphone in India along with its new Xiaomi Pad 5 and new OLED TV Series.
The smartphone made its debut in China last year in December, featuring a flagship Snapdragon chipset, high-refresh display, and Triple Rear Cameras. Let’s take a brief look at the Xiaomi 12 Pro Specifications, Pricing, and Availability in India.
Xiaomi 12 Pro Specifications
The Xiaomi 12 Pro sports a 6.73-inches QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1440 × 3200 pixels. The display comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection; supports a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and features a peak brightness of up to 1500 nits. Under the hood, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset paired with Adreno 730 GPU powers the smartphone.
The triple camera setup on the 12 Pro houses a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.9 aperture, along with Dual Pixel PDAF and OIS. A secondary 50-megapixel telephoto lens with an f/1.9 aperture and a tertiary 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
Besides, the front-facing camera resides inside the punch-hole of the front display; which features a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.5 aperture for selfies and video calling.
The connectivity features of the 12 Pro include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Dual-Band Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Quad Stereo Speakers, and a USB Type 2.0 port for charging and data transfer. Moreover, the sensors array of the smartphone comes with an under-display fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, gyro, compass, barometer, and color spectrum.
Furthermore, the handset packs in a 4600mAh cell that supports 120W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro starts at Rs. 62,999 for the 8 GB RAM and 256 GB model and the higher storage variant costs Rs. 66,999 for the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The smartphone is currently available for sale in three color options via Amazon, Mi online and offline stores, and other authorized retailers across India.
