The Chinese manufacturer Mi has launched the Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G smartphone on January 19th in India; just two weeks after the launch of 11i and 11i HyperCharge smartphones in the country. A 5G Snapdragon chipset that launched last year from Qualcomm powers this newly announced smartphone.
The 11T Pro made a debut last year in September in China with flagship specifications and supports a 120W Fast Charging; which is the highest in the Indian market right now. Xiaomi has promised three years of Android updates and four years of security updates for the 11T Pro.
Xiaomi 11T Pro 5G Specifications
The design of the smartphone includes a punch-hole display on the front housing a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture for selfies and video calls. The display on the front is a 6.67-inch full-HD+ 10-bit true-color flat AMOLED with a screen resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels.
The display comes with a 120Hz dynamic high refresh rate along with Dolby Vision support. The Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protects the display and the screen features a touch sampling rate of up to 480Hz; with a peak screen brightness of 1000 nits. The device is a dual-sim handset that runs on Android 11 OS with MIUI 12.5 skin on top.
The ultimate performance of the device comes along with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5nm; 5G chipset coupled with Adreno 660 GPU. Furthermore, the storage options provided by Xiaomi include a combination of 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of onboard internal storage.
The rear triple camera setup of the 11T Pro 5G feature a 108-megapixel Samsung HM2 main sensor with an f/1.75 wide-angle aperture. Moreover, the secondary sensor comes as an ultra-wide 8-megapixel shooter with an f/2.2 lens and the tertiary sensor is a 5-megapixel macro sensor that supports auto-focus.
Speaking of the camera, the setup comes with many modes such as Director modes that include Pro Time-lapse; Cinematic filters, and Audio zoom; along with the support for 8K video recording. Besides, the sensors array of the 11T Pro features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, gyroscope, magnetic compass, and proximity sensor.
The connectivity options of the device include 5G. 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS/ NavIC, NFC, Infrared (IR) blaster, and a USB Type-C port. Moreover, the battery capacity of the device includes a 5000 mAh dual-cell that supports 120W HyperCharge fast charging.
Price and Availability
The Xiaomi 11T Pro for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs. 39,999. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant of the 11T goes for a price of Rs. 41,999. Whereas, the fully beefed version of 11T Pro with 12GB of RAM 256GB storage comes at a price tag of Rs. 43,999.
The device flaunts in Celestial Magic, Meteorite Gray, and Moonlight White colors. The device is available for sale on Amazon, Mi stores, and other retail stores across India.
