Vivo Y53s 5G is the new feather to the flock of smartphones available in the Y-series from the manufacturer. The main highlighting factor of the new device is its 5G connectivity with a Snapdragon 400-series chipset.
This makes it a mid-budget range smartphone in terms of pricing in the market. The front of the smartphone has the traditional notch for a selfie camera with slim bezels on the side but a thicker chin.
The naming of the device rises a bit of confusion as the new Y53s is a successor to a 4 years ago launched smartphone. The device is also a direct successor to the Y52s smartphone that got launched last year.
The Y53s features a plastic back but has a glass look and feel. The camera module design looks very similar to the higher-end smartphones from Vivo but has a Dual Sensor setup instead of four or triple sensors.
