Vivo has launched a new device in its Y series, named Vivo Y20A in India. The smartphone offers a 6.51-inch display with a water drop-style notch, triple camera, and packs a 5,000mAh battery. It comes in two color finishes and its sale is set to begin on January 2.

Vivo Y20A Specifications
Vivo Y20A features a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels. It has an aspect ratio of 20:9. It has an eye protection mode that protects the human eye from the blue light filtering function.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 439 SoC. For RAM and storage, it comes with a single 3GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage, the storage can be expanded via a dedicated microSD card up to 256GB.
In the camera department, Y20A has a triple rear camera setup. It includes a 13 MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a 2 MP bokeh lens with f/2.4 aperture and another 2 MP macro lens with f/2,4 aperture.
It features Portrait, Photo, Video, Panorama, Live Photo, Slo-mo, Time-Lapse and Professional. The front holds an 8 MP selfie camera with an f/1.8 aperture housed in the notch.
The phone runs on Funtouch OS 11 based on Android 11. It features Ultra Game Mode, Multi-Turbo 3.0, AI Album and iManager. For security, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock.
Sensors include Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Proximity Sensor, E-compass and Gyroscope sensor
It packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W Fast Charging. The company claims, a single full charge can provide up to 16 hours of online HD movie streaming or 11 hours of resource-intensive games. It also supports Reverse charging.
Price and Availability
Vivo Y20A is priced at Rs 11,490 in India for the single 3GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage variant. The phone comes in two color options: Nebula Blue and Dawn White. It will be available in offline retail stores, Vivo India e-store, and on other major e-commerce websites starting January 2.
