Xiaomi is working on Redmi K30 Pro and the smartphone is said to launch on 24 March in China. As the launch date is coming, new specs are flooding on the internet.
The smartphone is said to be powered by Snapdragon 865 SoC. The device was recently listed online in China with a CNY 3,299 which is roughly Rs 33,000.
Redmi K30 Pro Specifications
According to leaks, the device is said to sport an E3 Super AMOLED panel (from Samsung). The panel is going to be an HDR10+ display with a peak brightness of 1200 nits, and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz.
Further, the display comes with TUV Rheinland certification. The certificate ensures protection against blue light exposure and it also has native DC Dimming as well. The device will be powered by Snapdragon 865 SoC.
The teaser also revealed that the Redmi K30 Pro will feature a 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor. Which is also used in the Poco X2 (Redmi K30). The sensor is 1/1.7-inch in size and performs 4-in-1 pixel binning to create a large 1.6-micron pixel. The phone is also confirmed to bring 8K video recording support.
Further, the device will come with dual OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) technology for stabilization. The 64MP camera could be accompanied by a telephoto lens, depth sensor, and a macro lens.
The telephoto lens on the phone will offer 3X optical zoom output, also the OIS will help the telephoto lens to deliver a blur-free photo.
Another teaser reveals that the phone also comes with EIS (Electronic Image Stabilisation). The EIS and OIS will work in tandem during video capture to negate movements and deliver stable output.
Now, coming to the front, the Redmi K30 Pro will feature a pop-up selfie camera just like the Redmi K20 Pro. According to the leaks, the lights on the sides of the front camera is customizable.
However, in the K30 Pro users will have an option to select between a total of five colors that includes red, blue, green and some other colors.
Price and India Launch
As mentioned above, the Redmi K30 Pro could launch at a price of CNY 3,299 which is roughly Rs 33,000 on 24 March. For now, there is no information about the Indian launch.
But the device could launch in India as Poco F2. If the device will launch at the price of Rs 33,000. It will become the cheapest Snapdragon 865 SoC smartphone.
