The OPPO’s sub-brand Realme has announced the Book Prime and the Realme Buds Air 3 TWS earbuds at the Mobile World Congress 2022. The Chinese manufacturer has rebranded the Realme Book Enhanced edition and brought the Book Prime for the international market.
Whereas, the Realme Buds Air 3 arrives as the successor for the Buds Air 2 with a similar design aesthetics; that launched last year. However, the newly announced laptop from Realme comes in two storage variants and offers tons of other performance-oriented features.
Realme Book Prime Specifications
The Realme Book Prime sports a 2K Full Vision Display with a metal frame on all sides; running on Windows 11 Operating system. On the inside, an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-11320H processor, coupled with Intel Iris X, powers the laptop. The storage options of the laptop include up to 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB of SSD storage.
Coming to heat management, Realme has clearly taken the advantage of VC liquid cooling system for faster heat transfer. The VC liquid cooling system on the laptop comes with dual fans; which makes the heat dissipation 32 percent more effective than the previous models.
The connectivity options of the Realme Book Prime include the Wi-Fi 6, a Thunderbolt 4 port, Realme PC connects for connecting OPPO and Realme smartphones wirelessly. The laptop supports the DTS audio technology on its stereo speakers; the keyboard setup features backlit lighting and a trackpad.
Realme Buds Air 3 Specifications
The Realme Buds Air 3 comes with 10 mm dynamic bass boost drivers providing the maximum bass sound levels for the listeners. The design of these latest TWS earphones has slightly improved aesthetics from the previous generation. Furthermore, the TWS earbuds support the TUV Rheinland – certified ANC, reducing an external noise of up to 42 decibels.
The Buds Air 3 from Realme features a total of two microphones which supports the anti-wind technology for a low-noise environment during calls. The buds even come with a transparency mode that enables the surrounding noises by disabling the ANC. Besides, the Buds also feature a super low-latency mode with a response delay of 88ms.
Coming to connectivity, the Buds Air 3 can connect to two devices at the same time and can interchange as per the user’s need. Moreover, the buds support the IPX5 certification, making them resistant to dust and water. Realme claims up to 30 hours of battery backup from the TWS earbuds and supports fast charging.
Price and Availability
The Realme Book Prime lists at EUR 999 or Rs. 84,400 for the 8 GB RAM and 512 GB storage option. Whereas, the higher 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage version gets a price of EUR 1,099 or Rs. 92,800 approx. in Europe. The color options for the Realme Book Prime include Real Blue, Real Grey, and Real Green shades.
The Realme Buds Air 3 will go on sale at a price of EUR 59.99 or Rs. 5,000 approx. in Europe. The color options for the new TWS earphones include Galaxy White and Starry Blue shades. Currently, there’s no official information regarding the announcement of these new products from Realme in India.
