Razer Blade 14, Razer Raptor 27, and Razer USB-C 130W GaN Charger have officially launched at E3 2021. The gaming notebook, fast charger, and monitor; have launched during the keynote of the company. One of the important factors of the Blade 14 gaming notebook is its new specification sheet.
The notebook under the hood features the AMD’s latest Ryzen 5000 series CPU and Nvidia’s latest GeForce RTX 30 series GPUs. The Raptor 27 (2021) edition has slight additional tweaks when compared to the previous generation model. The device features upgrades on the display with a bump in FPS that now supports up to 165Hz refresh rate.
Razer Blade 14 Specifications
The Razer Blade 14 comes with a 14-inch QHD display with a resolution of 2,560×1,440 pixels. The display supports up to 165Hz refresh rate. The AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX CPU powers the gaming notebook and is the only option provided in all three variants.
The GPU on the Blade 14 is the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 GPU with 8GB VRAM and up to 100W power. Moreover, the storage options are 16GB DDR4 RAM clocked at 3,200MHz and 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD.
The gaming notebook like every other laptop in the class runs on Windows 10 operating system. The connectivity options are Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A Ports; two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, an HDMI 2.1 out port, and a 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack.
The device features an IR HD 720p webcam with Windows Hello built-in. The battery capacity of the Blade 14 is 61.6Whr with a 230W power adapter for charging purposes. It has a bundle of dual speakers, an RGB lit keyboard, and Windows Gestures.
Razer Raptor 27 (2021) Specifications
The Razer Raptor 27 (2021) is a gaming monitor that has a high refresh rate support of up to 164Hz. The monitor comes with a 27-inch QHD IPS panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The display has support for 1ms response time with Ultra Low Motion Blur.
The viewing angles of this particular monitor are 178-degree wide. Apart from these, the monitor gets HDR400 certification and 420 nits peak brightness. The monitor supports the 8-bit + FRC dimming processor that has a 5 percent DCI-P3 wide color gamut due to its factory calibration.
The contrast ratio of the Raptor 27 is 1,000:1 and even supports; Nvidia G-sync along with AMD FreeSync Premium. The connectivity options on the Raptor 27 include an HDMI 2.0b port, a DisplayPort 1.4; a USB Type-C port, and two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports.
The monitor supports a 90-degree backward tilt and has VESA compatibility. Overall, the monitor has 2.3mm thin bezels and it retains the cable management slots; that are integrated into the stand.
Price and Availability
The Razer Blade 14 comes in three different GPU variants at three different prices. The notebook with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU starts at $1,799.
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 version of the notebook is priced at $2,199. The higher variant with GeForce RTX 3080 version has a price tag of $2,799.
The Raptor 27 gaming monitor starts at $799.99 and the Razer USB-C 130W GaN Charger is priced at $179.99.
All three products are available on sale from Razer’s website and other retails stores. There is no official information from Razer about the international launch of these products as of now.
