Oppo is going to launch a new flagship smartphone in India soon. The company has already announced its launch event in the country on March 5. This launch event is highly anticipated to be for the Oppo F11 Pro. Oppo’s flagship, the F11 Pro, will compete with the likes of Vivo’s V15 Pro and Redmi Note 7 Pro.
Right ahead of its scheduled launch, Oppo F11 Pro’s specifications have been leaked. This is with the help of leaked benchmark results of the upcoming Oppo flagship which also reveal the internals.
Oppo F11 Pro to be powered by MediaTek Helio P70 SoC, 6GB RAM: Reports
Oppo F11 Pro’s leaked benchmark scores were first published on benchmarking site, Geekbench. Since then, the benchmarking results have been picked up by various websites.
However, it must be noted that these are not the official benchmark scores so we should take it with a pinch of salt. Nonetheless, the Geekbench scores reveal that F11 Pro will be powered by MediaTek’s flagship Helio P70 chipset. According to some reports, MediaTek Helio P70 is better in performance than the likes of Snapdragon 660 and others.
Also, the smartphone will supposedly be powered by 6GB of RAM. On top of that, Oppo’s F11 Pro is expected to rock the latest version of Android, Android 9.0 Pie. This will, of course, be based on ColorOS UI which is the company’s skin for Android developed in-house. On the Oppo F11 Pro, the company will bundle ColorOS UI’s latest version which is ColorOS UI 6.
Coming back to the Geekbench scores, Oppo F11 Pro scores 1573 in the single-core tests whereas the smartphone punches out a score of 5844 for the multi-core tests. Oppo has also confirmed that the device will include a 48MP camera at the back. We recently saw the Redmi Note 7 Pro being launched with 48 MP camera in India.
Therefore, it will be interesting to see the head-to-head comparison between both the devices from Oppo and Redmi. Also, MySmartPrice previously leaked out most of the specifications of Oppo F11 Pro. According to these specifications, F11 Pro will have a 6.5-inch display.
Along with that, it will pack a 4000 mAh non-removable battery. Also, the device is confirmed to support VOOC 3.0 fast charging. Oppo is also known to bundle a Super Night mode in its F11 Pro. This is similar to Google Pixel 3‘s Night Sight mode. It is expected to help F11 Pro achieve better low-light photography.
