OnePlus adds a new smartphone in its Nord series of the line-up, dubbed as OnePlus Nord 2T 5G. This week, the Chinese company has launched the Nord 2T 5G and the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G smartphones. The brand has brought the Nord 2T with the MediaTek chipset, whereas the latter comes with a Snapdragon 695 SoC.
Taking a glance at the OnePlus Nord 2T, the handset features a 90Hz refresh rate AMOLED punch-hole screen. On the contrary, the Nord CE 2 Lite gets a 120Hz high refresh rate panel and a bigger 6.59-inches display, although with a Snapdragon chipset. OnePlus Nord 2T 5G Specifications
The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G sports a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The display comes with HDR 10+ support, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a screen-to-body ratio of 85.7% along with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Under the hood, an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset paired with Mali-G77 MC9 GPU powers the handset. The device runs on OxygenOS 12.1 based on the Android 12 operating system.
The camera module on the Nord 2T 5G features a triple camera setup housing a 50-megapixel primary sensor with PDAF and OIS. Besides, the secondary sensor of the handset comes with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter with an f/2.2 aperture.
The tertiary sensor on the smartphone comes with a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. The front-facing camera of the Nord 2T 5G features a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 lens for selfies and video calling.

The Nord 2T 5G costs EUR 399 or Rs. 32,600 approx. for the 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. Moreover, the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage version of the Nord 2T smartphone gets a price tag of EUR 499 or Rs. 40,800 approx.
The device flaunts two distinctive color options—Grey Shadow and Jade Fog shades. The pre-booking of the smartphone has begun and officially goes on sale from May 24 on OnePlus.com, Amazon, and authorized retail partners in different markets globally.
