The Chinese flagship smartphone manufacturer OnePlus has announced their 10 Pro smartphone; with high-end specifications and a new design update from the previous-gen devices. The upgrades brought on the new flagship from OnePlus include a new Display, updated cameras; a design set up tagging along a faster charging rate.
A metal middle integrated with 3D nano nanocrystalline ceramics on the frame of the smartphone gives a sturdy build. The brand hasn’t backed down on the performance of the device as it features the latest HyperBoost technology that churns out a lot of power for graphic-intensive tasks.
OnePlus 10 Pro Specifications
The latest flagship smartphone from the OnePlus sports a punch-hole display on the front; with a second-generation low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) technology. The display is a 6.7-inch QHD+ curved AMOLED screen with a 1440 x 3216 pixels resolution; that supports a 120Hz dynamic high refresh rate.
Besides, the screen of the handset comes with a peak brightness of 1300 nits and with a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
On the performance end, an octa-core 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset coupled with Adreno 730 powers the device. The storage options of the smartphone include three choices; the 8GB RAM and 128GB, the 8GB RAM and 256 GB, and the 12GB RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
Moreover, the smartphone supports a dual sim and runs on the Android 12.1 operating system with ColorOS 12.1 skin on top.
OnePlus is continuing its partnership with the popular camera manufacturer Hasselblad and brought a triple rear camera setup. Furthermore, the setup features a 48-megapixel Sony IMX789 main sensor with OIS and an aperture of f/1.8.
The secondary sensor is a larger 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor with an ultra-wide aperture of f/2.2. Lastly, the setup comes with a tertiary 8-megapixel telephoto shooter with OIS support.
The 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 front-facing camera is found in the punch-hole of the display with an f/2.4 aperture. The connectivity features of the device include the necessary such as 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.

The OnePlus 10 Pro base variant comes at a price tag of CNY 4,699 or Rs. 54,500 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version. Whereas, the mid-variant with 8GB and 256GB costs CNY 4,999 or Rs. 58,000, and the maxed-out storage version with 12GB RAM and 256GB is priced at CNY 5,299 or Rs. 61,500.
Nonetheless, the handsets flaunt in Emerald Forest and Volcanic Black color options and go for sale from January 13 in China.
