You might have read multiple leaks and rumors about Moto G6 series. It has finally become official, putting an end to all the speculations. Along with the G6, they have also launched Moto E5 Plus and E5 Play devices as well.

Among the three, Moto G6 Plus sits on top with the bigger display, more RAM, and faster processor. The smartphones hit Brazilian market yesterday and we can expect the same in Mexico next week. The countries in the Asia Pacific (including India), North America, Latin America, and Europe will see them in the market in the upcoming months.

Moto G6, G6 Plus, and G6 Play Unveiled

Let’s get straight to the specifications of the devices. The top-most one in the series, G6 Plus sports a 5.93-inch full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Just like any other Moto phone, this one also runs on stock ROM based on Android 8.0. As we go under the hood of this dual SIM device, we can see it sports a 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 630 processor coupled with Adreno 509 GPU and 4 GB RAM.

Going for the camera, it has a dual camera setup on the rear with 12 MP primary sensor sporting f/1.7 aperture and 5 MP secondary sensor featuring f/2.2 aperture. It has dual tone LED flash on the back and a soft selfie flash up front. It has an internal memory of 64 GB, which you can expand up to 128 GB. The 3200 mAh battery supports Motorola’s TurboPower charging.

The second in the list, Moto G6 sports a slightly smaller display measuring 5.7-inch with the same resolution. Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC, clocked at 1.8 GHz powers the device, coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and 3 GB RAM. Though you only get 32 GB inbuilt storage, memory expansion via SD card is possible. The camera metrics of G6 are the same as that of G6 Plus. However, you get 200 mAh less battery capacity.
