Lenovo just launched their latest Lenovo Z series smartphones. This includes the Lenovo Z5s, S5 Pro GT and the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT. Now, the Lenovo Z5s and S5 Pro GT are premium mid-range and mid-range smartphones respectively. However, the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT is a head-turner for sure. First of all, Lenovo Z5 Pro GT is a specially designed Ferrari Edition smartphone. Apart from that, the smartphone comes with specifications that are a first in each and every department. Lenovo Z5 Pro GT Ferrari Edition: 12GB RAM, Snapdragon 855
We have already mentioned that the Lenovo Z5 Pro comes with beefy specifications. Now, to tell you that Lenovo Z5 Pro comes with flagship specifications is an understatement. For starters, the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. This display comes with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
On the inside, Lenovo Z5 Pro GT comes with Snapdragon 855 processor. However, it is worth noting that the device will be available by the end of January 2019. This is because Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 is announced just recently and the chipset will be available by next year. Not only the processor but Lenovo’s Z5 Pro comes with plenty of RAM too. Lenovo has bundled 12GB of RAM on the Z5 Pro GT which is a first for any smartphone.
For the cameras, Lenovo Z5 Pro GT has a mechanical slider. Therefore, the cameras are hidden from the outside but the slider pops out on launching the camera app. Now, this mechanical slider includes a dual camera on the front as well as the back. On the front, Lenovo Z5 Pro GT has a 16MP + 8MP dual camera setup. There are 16MP + 24MP dual cameras on the rear too. You also get an in-display fingerprint scanner on this smartphone similar to OnePlus 6T.
Lenovo Z5 Pro GT runs on Android 9.0 Pie along with Lenovo’s ZUI 10 on top. This device includes a 3350 mAh non-removable battery. The device is available in Carbon Black colour option with a carbon fibre pattern on the back. This pattern is very similar to OnePlus 6T’s McLaren Edition launched recently. The Lenovo Z5 Pro GT Ferrari Edition will be available at $390 from next year
