• Browse towards the bottom of the page all the way to the root certificate of the fiddler and tap the link.
• When a dialog box pops up, click the “open” tab, further  “install to the trusting certificate” and then “OK” at the next confirmation dialog.
• Execute the app Windows Insider and select “Get preview builds” tab.
• Now you can choose from any of the custom actions that are available to you via this app. In our case, we selected the “Set the AT&T Lumia 635” and then clicked the small arrow button at the very bottom of the app.
• Now go ahead and accept the agreement and do not forget to check mark the button at the bottom of the app so that it can close when everything is done.
• This time, re-configure, clear the proxy settings and re-launch the Insider application.
• Now tap at the button “get preview builds” and enter your details for your Microsoft Account in order to log into it.
• Now allocate the fast branch where there is an arrow situated at the end bottom of the app.
• You can now finally enter the Phone Settings and click the button “Check for Updates“. If all has gone well then we assume that your Lumia will have the option to install Windows 10 Operating system there. It is to be noted that on our AT&T Lumia 1520, we had to install the Windows 8.1 first and after that it went on to install the Windows 10 in the second phase.

The options that are made available to the user in the Windows Insiders  is actually populated and is made available to you from the file WPFlights.xml. You have the freedom to edit or add some relevant tweaks to this file according to your needs. We have played a bit and experimented with the other relevant keys but unfortunately we have had some strange and kind of unfeasible results. The location SoftwareMicrosoftSettings{1DEF9B7D-2322-40eb-A007-16A75D5CDA6F} was not writable while we assume that it also should consist of the similar permissions that the preview of the developers app has.
