Couple of months back one of my friend bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand duos and he is very well excited towards pattern lock. He frequently changes the pattern and finally confused and forgot the actual pattern to unlock the mobile. - Now using volume keys, high-lite Wipe Data/Factory Reset and press home button to select it.
- In next page, select Delete all user data
- Reboot your mobile and setup it as new smartphone.

please, i will let to know the best way to resolve ”SYSTEM UI HAS STOPPED” on my samsung grand duos. sometime ago when dis occur i did soft system restart (factory reset) and it was resolve, but its back now, with no new application install and nothing new came on the phone.
please, i will appreciate any useful information on this.
