Asus needs no introduction. After gaining a considerable position in the laptop segment, they stepped into the smartphone market. Last year, their ZenFone Max Pro M1 even challenged the monopoly of Xiaomi.
Things aren’t quite the way the company wants at the moment. Max Pro M2 and Asus 6Z didn’t bring alluring sales numbers. Despite all those, they have launched three new ZenBook laptops in India with minimal bezels.
Asus Released Three ZenBook Laptops in India Market
Asus already has many laptops in the market. Vivobooks, TUF, and ROG; they are all the brand’s different models. Following the footsteps of Razer, the OEM also released phones dedicated for gaming. The recent products from them are three new laptops with nano bezels. The company took some time to bring them to the country.
Let’s delve into the details of ZenBook Flip 13. To recall, they announced it exactly a year ago at IFA 2018 Berlin. Going by the claims from the brand, it is the most compact and convertible laptop in the world right now. As you read earlier, it has narrow bezels around the display. For the specs, the laptop packs in either a Core i7 or Core i3 8th generation Intel CPU, 8GB of RAM, and a 512GB of PCIe SSD.
You won’t get dedicated GPU, though. Meaning, you should look at the other models if you are an avid gamer. The 13.3-inch laptop has a 50WHr battery, two USB Type-C ports, and speakers from Harman Kardon. You will have to shell out Rs. 76990 to get your hands on it.
It’s time to have a look at the specs of ZenBook 14. Announced in May this year, it has four-sided nano edge display with 95 percent screen to body ratio. For the same reason, it appears smaller than the usual 13-inch laptops. Instead of a trackpad, you get 5.65-inch touch screen display.
As for the innards, the processing power comes from Core i7-8565U or a Core i5-8265U CPU. There are two RAM variants 8 GB and 16 GB with 1 TB or 512 GB SSD. NVIDIA GeForce MX250 is responsible for its graphic performance. The price starts from Rs. 79990.
ZenBook 15 is the most premium of the duo. As you can perceive from the name, it flaunts a 15-inch full HD display. There are no options for the CPU here, it’s only Core i7 with 16 GB RAM.
The GPU is Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q. And, unlike the 14-inch model, you get only one storage variant- 1 TB SSD. Of course, there are multiple USB Type-C ports and IR cameras. However, the price starts from Rs. 119990.
